Here, you’ll find somatic practices, nourishing breathwork guides, rituals, journal reflections, & soul-shifting conversations about the truth of womanhood, mamahood, & everything in between.

Pregnancy is tender, powerful, & deeply personal - & you don’t have to walk it alone.
I offer private 1:1 spaces for women who are planning to conceive or already carrying their little one. These sessions are designed around you — your body, your breath, your needs in this sacred season.

I’m Santana — writer, mama, & guide behind Whispering Soul Sanctuary.
When I became a mama, the world shifted. I realized how little space women & mamas are given to just be. Not to heal everything. Not to perform. But simply to exist - in softness, in truth, in surrender.
This sanctuary is my heart offering to you. A place where you can breathe again. Where you can cry, laugh, journal, move, & - most of all - remember yourself.
